What’s it all about?
This quote from a colleague really captures what we’re campaigning for. The reality of retail is that people feel alone and hate the finger pointing mentality. Our campaign aims to bring people together with compassion and a BIG smile.

Our mascots!
Our campaign idea is inspired by the power and success of mascots. We want to put a smile of people’s faces and win their hearts. But we also need to make a serious point about life in retail. Our mascots will be able to do both.

Say hello to our two campaign mascots, Tomi (Inspired by Thomas Helps) and Jamie (Inspired by James Marshall). Tomi and Jamie are unisex characters who represent the two protagonist in retail, the customer and colleague.
